Est 3:12

כְּֽכׇל־אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּ֣ה

k'khol־ʾa·sher־tsiv·vah

vay·yi·ka·tev k'khol־ʾa·sher־tsiv·vah ha·man

and it was written according to all that Haman commanded
